recap: roadtrip to las vegas

March, 31. In the morning we enjoyed the pool for the last time. Hopefully we will come back another time to this hotel, it was just perfect! Today we had about 250 miles in front of us to get to Las Vegas and had decided on the slower route, thrue Joshua-Tree-Nationalpark! We made several stops and were astonished to see all the beautiful flowers that bloom in the desert in spring. At the exit of the park we said goodbye to my parents and sister and continued our road trip to Las Vegas. I've already been to Las Vegas twice, but it was the first time for Joe. Nevertheless it was once again very impressing to arrive in this bright, crazy city after driving for a few hours thrue the desert, where you seem to be the only people in the world! After checking into hour hotel, we went out on the strip. At Caesar's Palace we grabed a bite at the Cheesecake factory. After that, we were aware how tired we were from travelling, so we decided to go back to our hotel and have the full Vegas experience the other night!
