gym oddities


Workout. Last month I subscribed at a gym. My aim was to feel better and over all fitter. I'm not a really sportive person, but actually I like to go and I succeed to work out almost three times a week. The weird thing is, that after the workout I don't feel as good as I thought I would, eventhough I know it's a great deal better than lying on the couch and eat chips!
