ToyCamera AnalogColor. Discovered this photo editing application and I must say it's quite cool. You can choose from different presets that give your photos an analog look within seconds. There are also different frames you can choose from. Until now, I used to use an application called Poladroid, which turns your pictures into Polaroids.
