gym oddities

Workout. Last month I subscribed at a gym. My aim was to feel better and over all fitter. I'm not a really sportive person, but actually I like to go and I succeed to work out almost three times a week. The weird thing is, that after the workout I don't feel as good as I thought I would, eventhough I know it's a great deal better than lying on the couch and eat chips!

Feb 29th. I've been searching for a band for my watch for some time now and it's definitely harder than I thought, because the watch is very tiny. Lately I've seen a lot of expensive watches tuned down with a nylon band and found out that J. Crew sells some with a width of 12 mm. Not sure would fit/macht my watch though. Will find that out in exatcly one month- when I'm in California!
